And to listen to some of the Web 2.0 pundits, there are a lot of companies that might not have been ready to launch, that are hiding behind the &quot;beta&quot; tag, instead of true betas where they really expose their apps for community feedback and improvement.  I think the tricky part is figuring out where in the food chain someone will take responsibility for saying, &quot;You know what?  Let&#039;s wait.  Keep it closed beta for now and get some feedback.&quot;  Personally, I love closed betas -- I think giving feedback is half the fun.</description>
